All export shipments of our product are quality inspected during processing and before delivery. We are meticulous that there are no residual epidermis, hock burns, closed or opened fractures, feathers, wounds or scratches, dirt on the skin and nails of the chicken feet and other.
Single dots up to 1 mm are tolerated. Slight and bright redness allowed as skin color stain. Only rare, isolated pigmentation allowed, single skin tear up to 5 mm between fingers is tolerated. Everything else we discard as not fit to be delivered.

We employ state-of-the-art freezing techniques to preserve the freshness of the chicken feet using the BQF method. This is rapid blast freezing at -40°C and is used to lock and preserve all the natural juices and nutrients.

Our main product is blast frozen at -40°C and stored at -18°C. Wrapped and properly stored (kept continuously frozen) it is safe for consumption even after 24 months.
The complete chicken foot processing system consists of foot unloading, foot scalding, foot deskinning, chilling, manual inspection and packaging. Our top-notch processing machinery handles all sizes of chicken feet and can be configured in different layouts to meet desired processing requirements.
